Vaughn Cook further explores the issue of domestic violence this week with attorney and former Deputy district attorney and domestic violence prosecutor, Jaclyn Robertson.

She currently runs a family law practice in Salt Lake City and has seen many victims throughout the years who come from all backgrounds.

“There’s no ‘one-size-fits-all’ for what it can look like” states Roberson. “In fact it’s not easily decipherable.”

Because of the prevalence of domestic violence, nearly 36% of Utahn’s and 39% of Americans, her willingness to share her perspective can help each of us be more aware of what is being done and what we can do to remain sensitive and supportive to those who may be suffering as victims.
