Nate Allen is the Executive Director of Utah Approves, a nonprofit organization working to bring awareness and change to our democratic process. After his own journey of seeing voters hesitant to support independent or third party candidates who were liked and qualified, he went to work exploring alternative voting options for Utahns. Can simple changes to our voting system restore the voice of the people? Vaughn Cook talks with Nate to explore what approval voting is, how it works, and how it can help increase democracy and improve representation for the people of Utah.
